Delivery in France :
All our shipments to France are made with Colissimo. You can also pick up your order in our offices by appointment.
Delivery to foreign countries:
All orders to the European Union member countries are shipped via Colissimo International for home delivery.
How does delivery with Colissimo go?
The package will be delivered in a mailbox if it is large enough to hold the package.
The parcel may be delivered to the custodian or a notice of transit is delivered in the mailbox.
Your order will be processed as soon as it is validated by our logistics department, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and will be handed over to the postal carrier.
However, at certain times (particularly during balances and other commercial transactions), the period may be extended.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you automatically receive an email indicating the tracking number of your package. You can then track your parcel at any time on the Colissimo website (colissimo.fr).
What happens if you are missing when delivering Colissimo?
In case of absence, if the size of the package does not allow a mailbox, it will be made available in the post office to which you are attached. You have 10 working days since the arrival of your parcel in post office, to come to withdraw it. After this time, it will be returned to sender.
What are the shipping costs?
Delivery charges are defined as follows:
- France: 7.00 €
-Outre-Mer: 10.00 €
-Europe: 10.00 €
-Other destinations: 20.00 €
What is the delivery time?
- France: between 3 and 7 working days
-Outre-Mer: 10 working days
-Europe: 10 working days
-Other destinations: 10 business days
What should I do if there is a delivery problem?

Is it possible to exchange?
You can return your items to us within 30 days of receiving your package.
We can exchange the size of the model or make a refund.
Items returned will be refunded within 48 hours of receipt of the package.
Warning: we do not take back or refund items whose length has been modified at your request.

What is the reason why a return can be refused?
